At Mr Spanish Churro, every churro we serve carries a story, a tradition, and, most importantly, my grandfather’s legacy.
My grandfather owned a small churrería in Spain, where every morning, people from the neighborhood would gather to enjoy his freshly made churros with thick, rich hot chocolate. Since I was a child, I spent countless hours by his side, watching him prepare the dough with precision, achieving that perfect balance between a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior.
Today, while we stay true to my grandfather’s traditional recipe, we have also adapted to modern times by adding new and innovative products that have taken social media by storm. One of our most famous creations is the Churro Cone Crème Brûlée, along with all its delicious variations, including the Oreo Churro Cone, Strawberry Churro Cone, and Cheesecake Churro Cone.
