Parking

• On-site parking is available at $15 per car per day. Please have the exact cash ready, as EFTPOS is available with a 1.5% surcharge.
• Free street parking is available outside the Showground.

Prayer and Wudu Facilities

A dedicated prayer space and wudu facilities allow attendees to perform their religious practices comfortably.

Wet Weather

The event is partly sheltered; however, in extreme weather, the event may be canceled or closed for safety. Any changes or cancellations will be announced promptly on our website and social media channels.

Pets

Service animals and medically necessary pets are welcome. For other pets, please ensure they are well-behaved and comfortable in busy environments—especially during the evening fireworks. Dogs must be kept on a fixed or securely locked retractable lead (no longer than 6 feet), and owners are kindly requested to clean up after their pets.
